RateMySorority.com does not share, rent, sell, or divulge e-mail addresses or any other personal information about any member. All records are confidential except for those visible online.

RateMySorority.com does not send unsolicited e-mail to its members. RateMyFraternity, Inc. does reserve the right to send e-mail to members about changes, upgrades, and other matters concerning the functioning and services of RateMySorority.com.

RateMyFraternity, Inc. reserves the right to review all uploaded material and remove any material from the site at any time. This action may not and can not be considered an invasion of an individual’s privacy. Notwithstanding the foregoing, You acknowledge that RateMySorority.com does not pre-screen materials.
